For the 2013 season, the following vessels will require an inspection:

• New applicants
• Commercial permittees
• Renewing boaters who did not bring a boat in for the 2012 season
• Renewing permittees who are bringing in a boat different than their 2012 boat

All other boaters will be required to sign off on their permit that their boat is not capable of overboard discharge.  We will be increasing our random inspections at harbors.  Overboard dumping will not be tolerated in any of our harbors and penalties will be forfeiture of the mooring permit and/or fine of $2000.
