We’re excited to announce that the 25% non-residency fee has been waived for boaters at 31st Street Harbor through the 2015 season!  For Chicago Harbor boaters who live outside of the City of Chicago there is typically a 25% fee added to slip rates.  By waiving this fee boaters will be able to enjoy the same rate at the nation’s newest and greenest harbor as city residents for several years to come.  This can mean big savings at a premier lakefront location.  It’s never been a better time to jump in!
