Phone and Invoice Payment Notice

We are receiving a significant number of phone calls and all lines are continuously busy.  If you are asking for a copy of your invoice to obtain your PIN to pay your invoice online, please email us a copy of your Driver’s license or photo ID to westrec@chicagoharbors.com and we will email you a copy of your invoice.

Please also note that due to the large number of payments being submitted, payments may take up to a day to post to our system and to be submitted to your credit card provider.
